Information you provide maybe used and passed to third parties that have been approved and trusted by us directly relating to services provided by Capel Groundworks Ltd.

Personal data is stored on a secure server and accessed only by authorised personnel

Data is not removed from our secure location

Our intention is to keep your data for a maximum of 24 months unless a service has been provided in which case data records will be retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with our legal obligations.

By supplying us and providing personal details verbally or electronically including via our contact form you are giving us permission to hold, use and manage the data you provide as above.
